Akabane maybe less well known but it is a very good location at the north (kita) area. You don't have to worry about food even if you come back late. JR station is about 5min away and Tokyo underground station is about 15min away. You can travel easily to major Tokyo attractions in under 30mins. From Narita just transit at Nippori via Skyliner express train.

Very Close to Jr station and convenient with many good restaurants and family mart. Bed was really big and room is spacious enough. The Room is clean and looks new. Worth to stay

Breakfast was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. This isnt great as because if you came to Japan to eat it will be hard to start the day with an empty stomach. Loved the friendliness of the staff and reception and how accommodative they were to our request. Location of the Hotel is also ideal as it is a 6 minute walk from the Umeda Station which is covered under JR pass. Also loved they have Laundry Facilities in the hotel so you can wash your clothes and not bring too many pairs of clothes for the trip.

the staff was very welcoming, the location for me was amazing (less than 5-min walk to Akabane or Akabane-Iwabuchi stations). the surroundings got everything for a tourist time, lots of food/drinks places, entertainment and various services.

In a short walk you get Akabane Station, what means in 18 minutes you are at Tokyo Station. There are many popular restaurants in the neighbourhood full of young people during the weekend. The hotel has washing machines close to the lobby, so you can fix your clothes if you're travelling for many days. Breakfast is simply awesome and the ladies taking care of food are kind and fast (even if they don't speak a word in English, not to say in Spanish!!).

The location was perfect! The room was supercute and we love it so much. Daily breakfast was great plus the staff in the kitchen and in the reception was excellent. The freebies in the lobby was all out for guests and we just love it! Very efficient and attentive. Highly recommended and definitely, il bring more guests to your hotel. And we will be staying again by September 2023 in your hotel. Thank you so much for the great experience! Oh i cant forget the frog outside the building, my little baby loves it so much!

Very clean. Location is convenient - very close to the station with all kinds of shops around. Staff are friendly and helpful. Supply all necessities. Breakfast quite good.

Really good value for money if you just want a place to sleep and relax at the end of the day, <5 min walk from station, stored our luggage on the day before check in time, nice buffet breakfast, big twin beds, good size room, clean, fresh towels every day, heated mirror in the washroom, front desk accepted an Amazon delivery for us. The staff were really polite and kind, and made it feel like home.
